I started personal training with Sam post a serious MCL tear.  After an initial review, we were able to identify the muscle groups we needed to focus on to get me back to my peak fitness and to ensure strength and mobility back in my knee.  I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Sam and I really appreciate the preparation Sam puts into each training session which are always well balanced and specifically targeted to my recovery which I am thrilled with.  After ten sessions my mobility was back to almost 100% and I was able to really push myself to get back to my peak fitness.  Thanks Sam.
